Bio

David works on research as part of the Interreg CIRMAP project, which aims to apply the advantages of additive manufacturing to the construction industry. He is responsible for establishing a methodology for printing with structural materials, for analysing the behaviour of printed materials and comparing them to traditional concrete behaviour, and for designing and producing the prints required to meet the deliverables of the CIRMAP project. David joined as a staff member after completing the MSc Industrial Digitalisation developed by PrintCity, using the skills obtained through the course to link with his Civil Engineering background, and creating a proficiency in this new area of structural engineering.​
